A Bit About Me
I'm a design strategist and mixed-methods researcher who turns messy, human problems into decisions teams can act on. My MDes in Design Innovation and Strategy (MassArt) trained me to work across the full research lifecycle: framing the question, running discovery and evaluative research, and translating findings into service strategies that stakeholders actually adopt.
Open to UX Research, Design Strategy, Service Design, Experience Design, and Innovation roles in healthcare, fintech, education, and mission-driven organizations.
